My Favorite Bible Verses Part Two

Before I start, I just wanted to tell you all that I am very proud of myself for eating a scrambled egg with a spoon this morning.

Anyway, today’s verses are Psalm 139:7-12. They say:

“Where shall I go from your Spirit? Or where shall I flee from your presence?   If I ascend to heaven, you are there! If I make my bed in Sheol, you are there!  If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea,  even there your hand shall lead me, and your right hand shall hold me.  If I say, “Surely the darkness shall cover me, and the light about me be night,”   even the darkness is not dark to you; the night is bright as the day, for darkness is as light with you.”

These are some of my favorite verses of all time. I don’t have much time to write right now, but I hope to talk about these a little bit.

The reason I love these verses is because they let us know that God will never leave us. No matter what we do or where we go, He will stay with us. They also tell us that God will protect us from the darkness.

So as you go through your day, remember that God is helping you through it all.
